The Managing Authority would like to express its great sadness and sent condolences to the family and relatives of Mr. Paolo Dieci and Mr. Sebastiano Tusa who are among the victims of the Ethiopian Airlines plane which crashed yesterday.

Both Mr. Dieci, President of the Italian NGO "Comitato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo dei Popoli" and Mr. Tusa, a world-renowned archeologist and regional Minister for Culture of the Sicily region, were actively involved in international cooperation initiatives, including projects funded under the ENPI/ENI CBC Med Programme.
