A digital ecosystem within which all implicated stakeholders will be able to operate in terms of training, employment, practicing models and cases, establishing new policies for seniors social inclusion and Silver Economy.
New training approaches will be developed for introducing least experienced users aged 60+ to new technologies.
The results are expected to be highly-motivating with the potential to transform and even revolutionize the way seniors deal with life close or after retirement.
The main challenge, of this project is to enable seniors sharpen their competence skills on digital tools, familiarize them with the new era of collaborative digital ecosystems and enable them to operate both in terms of learning and employment within such an ecosystem.
All courses, developed digital tools, reports, produced material will be disseminated to all participant countries and beyond, expecting to draw awareness of authorities, companies, institutions who will expectedly utilize and expand further the project outcomes in real market terms.
Objectives
The Strategic Partnership aims to extend existing networks of EIPonAHA Eco, NGOs, private and public HEis and public authorities, participant SMEs beyond national limits and
identify new challenges to the disciplinary and regulatory diversity of Lifelong learning and after retirement employment.
These networks, through an innovative digital ecosystem, are expected to facilitate an easier transition from active working life to a least demanding but still and active life, including lifelong learning activities and employment as per citizen needs.
The main challenge, of this project is to produce courses that may sharpen the competence skills of seniors on digital tools, familiarize them with the new era of collaborative ecosystems and enable them to operate both in terms of learning and employment within such an ecosystem.

Specific objectives of this project are:
1. Evaluate the training needs of Seniors in digital skills in order to ensure that EU 60+ aged labour has the skills and knowledge to operate in digital platforms and learn / teach / work through the web.
2. Develop education training materials (including case studies)
3. Develop a set of innovative educational tools including e-learning platforms, digital Studios and AI Avatars.
The expected goals to be achieved are:
• Improve personal skills of seniors, keep up with technological advancements and obtain competitive advantage, practically “remain in the game”
• Improve the knowledge of new technologies and interactive tools
• Acquire knowledge and training for the operation within a digital ecosystem.
• Increase digital literacy (knowledge + skills + tools) from users and partner members.
• Access direct opportunities for income enhancement

Tangible Outcomes
• A set of e-courses of multiple units on digital skills will be designed, piloted and deployed in the participating countries, oriented to the needs of the labour market
• Digital educational tools integrated on a digital platform including an Avatar subsystem for advanced AI e-learning
• Workshop for seniors will be organized in each country
• Collaborations between training institutions and employment organizations to better connect seniors with market needs
• New case based policies on seniors employment
• Evaluation reports and Impact analysis on the adoption of the proposed policies and ecosystem
