MED-QUAD in Egypt: webinar on Cultural Heritage Vs. Digitalization

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) project partner of MED-QUAD, organize a national webinar entitled “Cultural Heritage Vs. Digitalization: Highlighting Port Said”.

The project and the scientific coordinators will present to the city stakeholders and citizens the MED-QUAD aims and expected results. The webinar will emphasize the university's role and the applied research for cultural heritage exploitation - ARCHEO living lab, as well as the case of Port Said, will be discussed.

The webinar will take place on 3rd July 2022 (19:00-20:30, Egypt time).

Attendees from academia, industry, intellectuals, government officials, developers, and postgraduate students are invited.

The webinar comes from the MED-QUAD aims of taking into consideration the needs and expectations of the local communities within cultural heritage and the possibilities offered by the technology.
