Researchers from the European project TEC-MED (Development of a transcultural, social-ethical care model for the dependent population in the Mediterranean Sea Basin), an initiative led by the University of Seville, offer an overview of the situation faced by dependent people over 65 years old in countries like Greece, Tunisia, Lebanon, Italy, Egypt, and Spain through a simple and practical approach. Six countries from both shores of the Mediterranean participate in this project.
