The objective of the funded projects is to foster the transfer, exploitation and mainstreaming of knowledge and results developed under different Euro-Mediterranean initiatives.

61 out of the 69 proposals submitted have been admitted to the phase of quality evaluation.

The Union for the Mediterranean has launched a grant scheme for employment promotion as a regional response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The proposals gather 518 organisations from both sides of the Mediterranean and amount to around €71 million against a budget of €11 million.

The events, organized by the Puglia and Lazio regions, are dedicated to Italian potential applicants and partners and will be held on 12 and 18 June.
