Maria Gavara is 37 years old and has a degree in Management and public administration. In 2020, after her maternity leave, she was unable to return to her job, because of the pandemic there were cutbacks and the position she held disappeared. Maria turned this situation into an opportunity for entrepreneurship. Her dream is to make the origin of olive oil more visible.
