Capitalisation is a process to profit or benefit from an already existing “capital”. This capital comes from existing practices and lessons learned in other European projects. Within the frame of the ENI CBC Med Programme, RESET aims at making results and knowledge available across the Mediterranean area, building effective and tangible synergies with other initiatives, increasing the visibility of the Programme with policy-makers and other stakeholders and supporting evidence-based policy development.

RESET has identified 19 innovative EU-funded projects navigated by best practices to support sustainable and green entrepreneurs and start-ups. This knowledge generated by the projects will generate an effective impact across the Mediterranean region, but beforehand, it needs to be better understood, shared and applied.

The project partners from the Mediterranean region have gathered in a consortium meeting with project managers from the targeted EU projects, to kick off the knowledge capitalisation activity. The meeting aimed at introducing RESET project, its general objectives, and more specifically, the purpose of the 19 projects that are being capitalised, and their expected involvement.

RESET consortium is currently in the process of engaging with the targeted EU projects one at a time, to get an in-depth understanding of their findings, best practices in supporting green businesses and knowledge produced.

What type of knowledge is RESET going to extract? How it is going to do that? These are the questions to be answered in the Capitalisation Framework, that will set up the main guidelines to identify and disseminate best practices in green economy and positive results of the key projects. Given that point, here you can get to know the 19 EU-funded projects through a short description for each one of them:
