Save the date: GREENinMED 1st workshop on January 28, 2020 at the Israel Export Institute
The GREENinMED project has the pleasure to invite technology providers, hotel managers and engineers to a workshop dedicated to the needed solutions that will upgrade the use of water, wastewater and energy in the hotel sector, while reducing cost and improving profitability and environmental performance of the industry. The event will take place on January 28 at the Israel Export Institute, Tel Aviv.

About the project
GREENinMED (“Speeding up the MED SMEs' uptaking of eco-innovative solutions in energy and water management”) is financed by the EU under the ENI CBC Med Programme. The project is coordinated by Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Spain and its partners are: CapEneregies, (France), Kinneret College, Arava Institute (Partner) and Israel Water Association (Israel).
The goal of the project is enhancing and upgrading water, wastewater and energy technologies and management in the tourism industry in general, and the hotel industry in particular. The project will last 36 months during which new and advanced technologies in the abovementioned fields will be identified and matched to hotel needs. During the process, technologies from the partner countries will have the chance to be exposed to potential customers via the project website, workshops and conferences in Israel, France and Spain. A very important opportunity is the availability of sub-grants that will be awarded to selected companies in order to develop technologies that prove to be promising in meeting the project’s goals.
