Improving the environmental performance of the hotel industry: GREENinMED project workshop in Tel Aviv on January 28

About 40 companies representing the hotel industry in Israel, as well as the energy and water sectors have registered to the workshop which will take place in Tel Aviv on 28th of January. The event is organized in the framework of the GREENinMED project.

The goal of the workshop is to explore the needs of the hotel industry in reducing its environmental footprint in terms of water and energy consumption and to identify the most promising technological solutions to be developed and implemented.

Following this workshop, a selected number of innovative technologies will receive assistance from the GREENinMED project in order to be adapted to the specific needs of the hotel industry.

The GreenInMed project (“Speeding up the MED SMEs' uptaking of eco-innovative solutions in energy and water management”) aims to develop eco-innovative products and services designed specifically for the hotel industry in order to improve its environmental footprint.
