MedSNAIL Geodatabase of quality products belonging to the Mediterranean culture, history and traditions
This is a digital tool developed by Slow Food that allows any user to learn about the MedSNAIL pilot areas, as well as to identify the products selected as strategic by means of files describing their nature, production process and history. These products have also been included in the Ark of Taste programme, which is a Slow Food initiative created to highlight the existence of quality products belonging to the cultures, history and traditions of the entire planet, which are at risk of disappearing within a few generations.
MedSNAIL Legacy
It is a final publication summarising the results derived from the project and the lessons learned with the aim of replicating and capitalising on the methodology implemented in MedSNAIL.
