MedRiSSE Replication Toolkit

The MedRiSSE Replication Toolkit was developed by ARCO/PIN S.c.r.l. to provide an easy to read and practitioners-oriented toolkit aiming to inspire and provide guiding elements for SSE actors in the public and private sectors wishing to replicate public-private co-production models and SSE good practices.

MedRiSSE Replication Roadmaps for replicability on Social Innovation practices

ARCO/PIN S.c.r.l., Italian partner of MedRiSSE, conducted a literature review on replicability tools and frameworks assessing scalability of social innovation initiatives. This guided the evaluation of the replication and scalability potential of 5 good practices from the MEDRiSSE project. The framework is based on the Sustainable Human Development paradigm and the Capability Approach perspective, viewing the Social and Solidarity Economy from a territorial ecosystem perspective. It also considers contextual factors. This exchange of knowledge and experience resulted in five replicability roadmaps and a toolkit to guide potential replication of social innovation models.

AQUACYCLE Local action and Investment plans

The Local Action and Investment Plans report informs about the aims and outcomes of the third and final series of stakeholder workshops which was joined mainly by representatives at the local decision-making level, i.e. councillors of municipalities and representatives of Unions of Municipalities in Lebanon, and by policy- and decision-makers at the national level in Tunisia. Organized as a webinar in Spain, the event was joined mainly by wastewater treatment plant operators and technicians, as well as by entities involved in the planning and design of wastewater treatment projects, and research entities on wastewater treatment systems.
While the first chapter reiterates on the aims and scope of the events, the second chapter informs about the preparatory activity of drawing up actions plans with a target of reusing 300.000 cubic meters of treated wastewater per annum. The third chapter informs, briefly, about the presentations that were made at the respective events, while the fourth chapter brings the succinct outcomes from of the discussions and exchange of views that took place. Finally, chapter 5 takes stock of the significant level of attendance and of the wide media coverage that were achieved on the occasion of the third, and final, series of stakeholder workshops.

INTERNISA JOINT STRATEGY

INTERNISA joint strategy in the Mediterranean participating countries in the field of digital skills to increase the employability of women.

DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-CULTURAL, SOLIDARITY BASED SOCIAL-CARE MODEL AND TOOLS

This activity represented the second step to carry out the Action Plan. After having analysed "Understand and listen to the community", we identified the objectives that are to be achieved through a planning of an action oriented to values and missions that guides the development of work in the community that has been determined. The methodology used to structure our Action Plan was based on VMOSA: Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, and Action Plans. The VMOSA is a practical planning process that is used to help community groups define a vision and develop practical ways to implement change.
VMOSA helped the organisation set and achieve short-term goals while maintaining a long-term vision. The implementation of this planning process in the efforts of your group supported the development of a clear mission, the creation of consensus and the establishment of community dreams.

VALIDATION OF TEC-MED SOCIAL CARE MODEL (WP5)

At the beginning, each country identified the professional profiles of the training agents based on information and professional experience, taking into account the sociocultural characteristics of their countries. The project ended with an evaluation of the training. Once the social care professionals (6 per country) have been trained, these capacities are expected to generate an action gap, determining the impact of new labor and social services. This training helped to strengthen the capacities of these professionals and to turn them into trainers of future social care professionals by giving them tools and knowledge to increase their skills and competencies related to the care of the elderly.WP5 was coordinated by the Institute for Development, Research, Advocacy & Applied Care (Lebanon) who was the leader of these activities:
- A.5.1.1. Implementation of TEC-MED model
- A.5.1.2. TEC-MED Model validation where PP5 led the validation and certification process of the model. The final revision of all documents was done by the LB.

COMMUNITY BUILDING, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENTAND CAPACITY BUILDING (WP6)

In this document three activities are developed: A.6.1.1. Identification of stakeholders and planning of networking activities, A. 6.1.2. Community participation and network expansion and strengthening activities. A.6.1.3. Dedicated events, results validation and capacity building activities. All this in the framework of TEC-MED for Mediterranean elderly dependent people.

A6.1.3. Action Plan and 7 Regional Action Plans

The Action Plan includes description of policy frameworks related to fostering employability of youth and women, presentation of project's results and description of new model of intervention designed, tested and transferred under WP3, WP4 and WP5, and recommendations to foster supportive environment for formulation and implementation of employments scheme.
