CROSSDEV destinations: Jabal Moussa Biosphere Reserve wins 2022 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award
This year, and for the 3rd year in a row, Jabal Moussa Biosphere Reserve – CROSSDEV partner in Lebanon – won TripAdvisor's award "2022 Traverlers' Choice".
The Biosphere Reserve has been ranked, by this famous online travel agency, among the top 10% of "the most attractive places in the world to visit in 2022" based on feedback and comments from visitors.
Proud of this achievement, the Association for the Protection of Jabal Moussa (APJM) promises to continue to offer a unique tourist experience to visitors from all over the world.
We have recently worked on new trails such as the culture detour, the roman stairs and the violet trail, as well as the conservation of the Byut site and the leading trails. Thanks to the CROSSDEV project, we managed to increase the number of guesthouses, improving the reserve’s hospitality capacity. A new group of guides has also been trained and new activities reflecting Lebanon's rural cultural heritage have been launched to provide the best tourist experience for the visitors. Finally, we’re please to announce that vistors can enjoy a 50% discount on Qehmez entrance, one of the Biosphere entrances, until 31st August 2022.
