BEEP: Tender for the energy analysis, modeling and simulation of the Spanish case study

BEEP Spanish partner, the "Instituto Valenciano de la Edificación, IVE" is looking for technical support for the development of the energy analysis, modeling, and simulation of the building called "Palacio de Calatayud" and located in the city of Valencia. 

The "Palacio de Calatayud" building is the case study of Spain. It is located in the city of Valencia, in its historic center, and it meets the conditions required in the framework of the BEEP project in terms of size, improvement potential and heritage value.

About the BEEP project:
BEEP project aims at strengthening the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance energy efficiency in buildings. The testing of this emerging technology on built heritage will be performed to demonstrate its scalability to the entire building stock. The project will provide public administrations with a powerful method for the energy rehabilitation of public buildings to be supported with private funds through the Energy Performance Contracting. The project main outcome will be an innovative methodology based on the integration of emerging technologies tested on heritage public buildings.
