Following the mapping of employment needs of 1,458 young people and women in the 7 Mediterranean countries of CLUSTER (Spain, Italy, Cyprus, France, Jordan, Palestine, Tunisia), in addition to analysing the state of art of its 4 sustainable economy sectors in the Mediterranean (blue, green, circular economy and sustainable agriculture), CLUSTER produced two Catalogues to optimise knowledge about its newly developed social inclusion intervention model in the region, in other words, the new NEETs (people Not in Employment, Education or Training) training program and interchange scheme developed within the project.

More specifically, the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) oriented Catalogue is a toolkit for trainers working in the 4 sustainable economy sectors of CLUSTER as well as those giving training in soft skills. This toolkit serves as a “training for trainers”, to guide them in offering effective trainings to NEETs, whether within CLUSTER or in their own training agencies. As for the Private Sector oriented Catalogue, its objective is to inform sustainable economy companies about what CLUSTER can offer (e.g., skilled potential employees; a thorough mapping of the needs of the job market; training material to build the capacities of their own staff) and how they as companies can incorporate corporate social responsibility in their work.

Both Catalogues were translated to CLUSTER's local languages that you can find here:
