COMMON project: University of Siena is looking for an external auditor
The University of Siena - Department of Physical Sciences, Earth and Environment, partner of the project “ENI CBC MED COMMON - COastal Management and MOnitoring Network for tackling marine litter in Mediterranean sea” is opening a call for applications for an external auditor.
The purpose of the Call is to select a qualified company or an agency specialised in auditing consulting services to perform economic and financial audit for the ENI CBC MED COMMON accounts and Financial Statements for the financial years from September 2019 to September 2022 (3 years).
The auditor will have to examine the “ENI CBC MED COMMON accounts” and the annual Financial Statements made by the University of Siena – Department of Physical Sciences, Earth and Environment.
This Call for Application includes a description of the required services and instructions to be followed to take part in the tendering process.

The deadline for applications is 10 July 2020 at 23:59.
The Auditor selected must, following the methods and templates defined by the program, check all our expenses. Following of checks must issue a verification report, which must be validated by the Legambiente Auditor (that, as a leader, must also make a consolidated) and then attached to the annual report. This needs to be done for all annual reports, which provide for the delivery of a payment, which are:
1st - Interim report: covers the spending period from 03/09/2019 to 02/09/2020 and must be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period
2nd - Interlocutory relationship: covers the spending period from 03/09/2020 to 02/09/2021 and must be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period
Final report: covers the spending period from 03/09/2021 a 02/09/2022 and must be delivered within 3 months from the end of the period
