EXTENSION: EMPHASIS in Spain launches a tender for the provision of support services on Active Open Innovation cross border partnering

The Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce (ASCAME) based in Spain has published a call for interest to select an external expert for Active Open Innovation cross border partnering for EMPHASIS Project and invites interested parties who meet the requirements to submit a bid for this position.

The subject of this tender is the Provision of Open Innovation mission organization and facilitation of cross border strategic partnerships development.
