FISH MED NET in Italy participates in a fair on sustainable food and local producers

Legacoop Agroalimentare, one of the Italian partner of FISH MED NET, will be participating at the International fair "Olioliva". The fair is focused on sustainable food products grown and harvested from the land, as well as, fresh seafood caught and prepared by the local small-scale fisheries from around the region of Liguria in Italy. It is a fair where visitors can learn more and experience about the passion and culture that stems from the region of Liguria through artisanal producers. During this event, FISH MED NET will have a stand for those visitors who are interested in learning more about the project can do so, all whilst fishers and businesses from various sector (tourism, food sector, aquaculture and service to community) will come together to learn more about how to collaborate and form alliances among themselves so to promote and sustain their activities while complying to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals guidelines.
