FISH MED NET in Tunisia launches a call for proposals to select a consultant or consulting company to evaluate fishery-related MSMEs diversification services and provide support to those enterprises.

Application deadline:

People who are interested can send their application before December 02 2022 until 14:00.

Address and means of submission of tenders:

Tenderers shall submit their tenders using the standard tender form available in Section B of these tender documents. 

The tenderer must provide a scanned original. Any tender not using the prescribed form will be rejected.

The subject line should indicate: Title of the tender_Name of the tenderer

The message will clearly state:

  • Title of the tender;
  • Reference number ;
  • Name and address of the tenderer;
  • The tender submission form and any supporting documents will be provided as an attachment to the email;
  • A detailed, justified and signed curriculum vitae of the consultant or groups of experts (the CV must provide the start and end date of each experience)

The consultant/ consulting company is intended to cover the services in regions where the project is focused in Tunisia: Bizerta (Sidi Mechreg, Menzel Jemil, Menzel Bourguiba), Nabeul (Kélibia) and Monastir (Teboulba). In general, the consultant/ consulting company will provide support to selected enterprises by delivering clear guidelines in order to support their business activities, as well as, other MSMEs in the small-scale fisheries (SSF) sector under the four selected business models : Tourism ; Aquaculture ; Food sector and Services to community.

About the FISH MED NET project :

The European Fishery Mediterranean Network (FISH MED NET) project was launched on September 1, 2019, and will run over until 31th August 2023. The objective of this project is to provide considerable support to the artisanal fishing sector, with the aim of seizing opportunities for diversification and integration into other sectors. This project is co-funded by the EU under the ENI CBC Med Programme 2014-2020 which brings together the coastal territories of 14 European and south Mediterranean countries for a more competitive, innovative, inclusive and sustainable Mediterranean area.
