After a year and a half of project implementation, the partner IUCN - International Union for the Conservation of Nature has organized an event to present the activities achieved by MedArtSal and debate the future of artisanal salinas within the framework of the UN Sustainable Gastronomy Day.
Representatives of the salt sector, prescribers and journalists specialized in gastronomy and local development, as well as managers, public actors and private companies linked to the management of natural spaces and economic and social innovation are invited to share their views on how to boost and promote the development of the artisanal salt flats at local and global level.
