InnovAgroWoMed holds its final event after successfully integrating over 100 women in the agri-food sector
3 years and a half after its launch, InnovAgroWoMed is now in full swing. This Mediterranean project implemented in Italy, Palestine, Spain and Tunisia in the framework of the ENI CBC Med Program is nearing its completion.
3 years and a half during which the project partners in the four partner countries carried out scientific research to identify the sectors of activity, value chains and products most likely to make a significant contribution to the social inclusion of rural women...
3 and a half years of visits to the target areas, both urban and rural, to select potential beneficiaries, accompany, train, mentor and advise them...
3 and a half years to design and implement a training and coaching program of over 600 hours, customized to the specificities of each country, and the needs of each beneficiary...
3 and a half years to seek out and seize opportunities for beneficiaries to speak out in public, make their voices heard, present themselves, seize new opportunities, network, market their products, acquire a solid foothold in the ecosystem... take their first steps and progress a little together in entrepreneurship...
On September 8, 2023, the Centre of Arab Women for Training and Research (CAWTAR - Tunisia) and its partners in the InnovAgroWoMed project will cut the umbilical cord, without having to worry about the newborn women entrepreneurs and employees who have become project leaders and autonomous working-women, full of ambition and well-armed to carry on...
On September 8, 2023, 9 a.m. at Laico Hotel Tunis, CAWTAR and its partners from InnovAgroWoMed will present the real capital of the project and of these long years of collegial work against odds ( and also against the COVID-19 crisis!): these over 100 hardworking women who have benefited from the project and who will tell you about their experience, their success, the obstacles they have encountered and the challenges they have had to face...
It will also be an opportunity to share our best practices with those who want to take a step towards social inclusion; to tell you about our failures without any filter, so that you do not experience them... and to share with you our inspiring achievements...
CAWTAR and its partners in the InnovAgroWoMed project, but especially the project's beneficiaries, will be extremely proud and enthusiastic to have you among us!
