Viviana Petrel is a 35-year-old Colombian woman. "Semillas" training program launched by JOVESOLIDES in the framework of the InnovAgroWoMed project, captivated her because it gave her the opportunity to learn about the way things were cultivated in this part of the world. She highlights the discovery of an incredible network of women with very diverse qualities. Viviana describes the training as "a springboard to create a future".

InnovAgroWoMed takes up many challenges to promote the employability of these lovely women, to stimulate their entrepreneurship in the agro-ecological sector and to promote synergies between all participants and with other initiatives in order to introduce them to the ecosystem and see their projects grow.
