The Mediterranean Diet at the centre of the intangible cultural heritage enhanced by iHERITAGE’s researchers. Raw materials and food processing, as well as the commercialization of products and their promotion have been addressed by iHERITAGE project for the development of innovative marketing solutions able to stimulate the active interest of customers.

The strategies put in place by iHERITAGE in the regions of Sicily (Italy) and Algarve (Portugal) will be presented and discussed in the framework of the cross-border living lab session that will take place on November 24th at 10.00 (CET).

It will be an occasion for SMEs and industries to analyze the proposed solutions and take inspiration for the innovation of their business.

Representatives of R&D institutions and policy-makers will participate in the discussion and then leave the floor to enterprises and economic operators for an on open discussion.
