This article forms part of a series of publications under MEDUSA project, where we present projects related to ours around the Mediterranean (“sister projects”). We always aim to join forces, find synergies and make a change all together!

The project fosters the active participation of young people in society and their employability, by developing youth leadership and entrepreneurship through a variety of actions, including capacity building, fellowships, support to policy dialogue, as well as providing grants to organizations active in these areas. In Tunisia, the EU delegation organized the EU4YOUTH forum for the second year. This year, the EU4YOUTH forum held on the 28th of November 2019 in the Culture City of Tunis. The objective of this event is to highlight the different dimensions of the support provided by the EU to Tunisian youth through skills development and employability, education and training, engagement in civic, cultural, academic and professional exchanges. During this forum, the EU brought together more than 3000 young Tunisian people in order to showcase the opportunities offered by our relevant projects and programs mainly in the fields of start-up development and employability.

MEDUSA project took part of the ENI CBC Med pavilion with BESTMEDGRAPE, HELIOS, Med-EcoSuRe and other projects implemented in Tunisia under this program. This forum was a great opportunity to promote MEDUSA objectives mainly in the presence of private, civil society, public and media. On the other hand, the forum offered the possibility to establish contact with other ENI CBC sister projects by sharing communication leaflets and flyers. ENI CBC Project partners from Tunisia discussed their common objectives and how to create and strengthen synergies between different activities.
