Yet, every time you reach your goal, do not forget about all the little joyful schemes that you encountered before arriving to your final destination.

Between Amman and Petra, the vivacious peregrination must be met with a stop at Tafilah Village, especially for adventurous travelers interested in ancient castles that goes back to biblical times married to Dana reserve, the largest natural reserve in the country. Very few even notice Tafilah on a map, never mind see what the town has to offer. The Tafilah Castle was built in the Edomite period, reused in the Roman period, and was used as a military fortress in the Ottoman period.
