MoreThanAJob organizes its closing conference in Beirut, Lebanon

On February 27, 2023, under the patronage of the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Social Affairs in the collaboration with the General Labour Union in Lebanon (CGTL), a significant event hosted by Business Consultancy and Training Services (BCTS) will take place in Beirut – Lebanon to mark the closing of the “MoreThanAJob” project (Reinforcing Social and Solidarity Economy for the Unemployed, Uneducated, and Refugees) funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC MED programme. This event will bring together a wide range of partners, including project partners, ministries, stakeholders, social and solidarity economy actors, and public administration representatives.

The project, which has been underway for 3 years, has focused on promoting social and economic development in the region. The project has achieved several important milestones and has made a significant impact on the lives of people in the Mediterranean region (Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, and Italy).

The closing event will be a celebration of the successes and achievements of the project. During the event, there will be opportunities to hear from project partners, stakeholders, and other participants about the impact of the project and the lessons learned. There will also be opportunities for networking and discussion about future initiatives to continue collaboration.

The closing event will take place on Monday, February 27 starting at the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESEL) – Street Hnein El Ahdab Near Nejmeh Square Building 200 - Beirut, Lebanon
