“Wall2Water” is an extraordinary green wall that is part of the NAWAMED initiative. It aims to revolutionise water conservation by promoting the reuse of non-conventional water, especially greywater. The creative team behind this visionary green wall aimed to combine sustainable design with responsible water management, leading the way to a more environmentally conscious and water efficient future.

Now that filming has been completed, the making-of storytelling video offers a compelling behind-the-scenes look at the journey of Wall2Water. The video masterfully captures the dedication and expertise that went into bringing this innovative project to life at the SWM - House (Sustainable Water Management House), Centre des Recherches et des Technologies des Eaux - CERTE in Tunis. Thanks to the MEDWAYCAP project, CERTE has created the storytelling to promote the best practice implemented by the Nawamed project in Tunisia, which will be added to the interactive map of good practices developed by MEDWAYCAP.

The audience will be given an exclusive insight into the creative process and the intricate construction of “Wall2Water”. The video shows how the green wall blends seamlessly into the urban landscape, demonstrating the harmonious coexistence of nature and sustainable design. Its ingenious approach to the collection and use of grey water is a shining example of how smart water management can positively impact environmental sustainability and inspire similar projects worldwide.

The making-of storytelling video promises to be even more compelling, featuring insightful interviews with key players involved in Wall2Water, who will share their inspiration and vision behind the project. In addition, the construction company representative will highlight the technical challenges and innovations in making Wall2Water a reality. Finally, the CERTE coordinator and the all team will provide valuable insights into the multidisciplinary components of the project and the wider impact and importance of responsible water management.

In collaboration with TuniStudio, CERTE has ensured that the making-of storytelling video authentically portrays the essence and impact of Wall2Water.

As anticipation builds for the video's release, Wall2Water continues to emerge as a best practice and innovative solution for sustainable urban water management. The making-of video celebrates the collaborative efforts of all those involved in the project and reinforces how Wall2Water can reshape our approach to water conservation and set an inspiring example for communities in the Mediterranean and around the world.

The video will soon be uploaded on the platform of MENAWARA - another project that is capitalised within the MEDWAYCAP framework.

Look out for the unveiling of the making-of video - a powerful testament to the transformative potential of Wall2Water and its contribution to a greener, more sustainable and water-efficient future.
