Italy: CLUSTER4GREEN is looking for a Project Manager
ASS.FOR.SEO. Società Consortile ar.l., based in Rome (Italy), as Lead Beneficiary of the project CLUSTER4GREEN
has published a vacancy for a Project Manager to collaborate in the project “Promoting innovative clusters and value chain of SMEs for sustainable development - CLUSTER4GREEN - C_A.1.2_0015 - CUP E19J21014750004”, co-funded by the European Union through the Programme ENI CBC Med.
The deadline for submitting application is 29th of January 2022 at 12.00.
In Arborea (Italy) farmers and the municipality alongside MENAWARA project to mitigate the nitrate pollution.
The MENAWARA project Italian case study (located in Arborea, Sardinia) is related to the use of non-conventional water to reduce the nitrate groundwater concentration, due to agricultural and livestock farming activities. These activities involve the entire local community, and make Arborea the most important agricultural district in Sardinia and one of the main in the Mediterranean. So the pollution of the aquifer, as well as being an ecological problem, involves great costs in trying to solve the problem.
