As part of MED4EBM, a project funded by ENI CBC Med that involves Italy, Lebanon, Tunisia and Jordan, the Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan (JREDS) - MED4EBM project partner - conducted a Clean Up the World three days event in Aqaba, a Jordanian port city on the Red Sea's Gulf of Aqaba . This campaign was under the patronage of Her Highness Princess Basma Bint Ali.

The Institut National des Sciences et Technologies de la Mer (INSTM), one of COMMON project partners, organized the first local working group of the project on 9 October, a training  for local stakeholders in order to promote the relationship between marine litter reduction and the Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM).

LEADERS International, Palestinian partner of MEDSt@rts, is looking for business consultants, who will be responsible for supporting potential young entrepreneurs in the development of their business plans.
