ActionAid Palestine, Partner of INTERNISA project (Developing the INTERNISA network of synergies to increase the Number of digitally skilled women employed in the ENI CBC MED territories via matching demand and supply in the labour market), is looking for an external auditor to verify whether the costs declared by ActionAid Palestine and the revenue of the project are real, accurately recorded and eligible in accordance with the signed contract and issue the expenditure verification report, drafted according to the model and instructions described in the attached audit files.

Submission procedures:

Interested firms should send their proposal and price offer to ActionAid Palestine office in Hebron, Al Salam Street, behind Al Am Saleh Restaurant. Offers should be submitted in a sealed and signed envelope no later than 3 p.m. on Monday 5th July 2021.

  • Prices must be VAT exempted.
  • The Audit firms must provide a valid deduct from source certificate along with the offer.
  • Prices must be in Euros valid for 60 days from the closing date of offer submission.
  • Offers should include the technical offer and the financial offer, as well as all the documents and documents requested in the terms of reference.
  • Interested firms can request the Terms of Reference by sending an e-mail to rawan.issa@actionaid.org starting on Saturday 19th June until Monday 28th June 2021 from 09:00-15:00.
  • The envelope must mention the following: "Selection of an Auditor for ActionAid Palestine, partner within the framework of the INTERNISA project.
