Legambiente, Italian partner of Plastic Busters CAP project, is looking for a technical expert support in Italy.

The main responsibilities: he/she will

• support the technical expert in achieving the efficiency results of the activities (product realization)
• support the coordination of those who have to carry out the project activities, verifying and guaranteeing their correct execution
• support the organization of the planned events managing the logistics (event organization, preparation of participants' travel tickets, hotel and catering reservations, collective transport reservations, etc.
• provide, together with the technical expert, the PM with the contents for technical monitoring
• processe and collect the documentation produced in the activities and all the sources of verification (photographs, signature sheets, questionnaires, etc.).
• support the technical expert in managing relations with partners for carrying out activities in agreement with the PM
• collaborate with the communications manager in preparing content for printing
• support the coordination of the work of external consultants and experts
• provide the PM, together with the technical expert, with the contents of the periodic reports on the progress of the project
• attend project coordination and audit meetings
• ensures continuity and coherence with the COMMON project.

Qualification and Skills

• knowledge and previous experience of the project topicsg
• graduation in relevant topic
• coordination skills
• oganisational skills (public events, workshops, forums)
• fluent in English, both spoken and written
• knowledge of Arabic and/or French is an advantage

Professional experience

• previous experience in coordinating international partnership
• previous experience in international project funded by public funds, especially EU funds
• international experience is an asset.

Duration and commitment: 4 months with possible renewal, with a commitment of 20% of a full time.
