Which skills should a facilitator of the Practical Mediterranean School of Sustainable Development have? 

The Mediterranean Practical School for Sustainable Development consists of practical thematic and intercultural workshops on sustainable development as well as international mobility for young people. Facilitators will set up these workshops, for this certain skills are essential and others are more subtle.

A discussion on which the RESMYLE team worked in order to set up a training of trainers for these facilitators.
An enriching brainstorming with a talking graphic tool which made it possible to highlight certain keywords: decision-making, relevance, communication, quality of listening, informal learning methods, multidisciplinary approach, cross-referencing, group dynamics, empathy, creativity, conflict resolution etc.
