Spain: PPI4MED is looking for a innovation procurement expert for its capacitation programme based on PPI4MED model.
The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Lead Beneficiary of PPI4MED project, has launched a call for tender to support the technical design and implementation of the capacity building programme on PPI based on PPI4MED model.
The purpose of the tender is to design a public procurement of innovation training programme to train public procurers, sellers and technology transfer agents focused on PPI4MED project.
CSIC invites interested suppliers to send the expression of interest by email to ppi4med.csic@csic.es. The deadline for the submission of EOIs is set at noon 12.00h, July 30th, 2021 (Spanish local time).
The Deputy Vicepresidency of Knowledge Transfer (VATC-CSIC) will review the recieved Expression of Interest (EOI) and select up to three firms that meet the requirements to receive a more detailed request for proposal.
Interested firms must provide the information to VATC-CSIC in narrative format, establishing that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc).
