The Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon, within the framework of the TECHLOG cross-border open-lab activities, will soon begin road safety trainings within its truck driver simulators lab, aimed at Lebanese drivers and workers in transport and haulage companies.

Furthermore, the Beirut Chamber of Commerce has launched the design of the TECHLOG digital platform, which will be functional and ready to embrace the logistics companies' innovation needs from all partner countries by the beginning of 2023.

As a result, it is expected that at least 16 transport and logistics companies will register on this platform in order to benefit from related innovation solutions and technologies. Moreover, TECHLOG partners will promote the transfer of knowledge in the transportation sector by signing cooperation agreements between academic or research institutions and relevant industries.

The goal of the TECHLOG living labs is to facilitate technological transfer for logistics and trans(port) innovation in the Mediterranean region.
