The Euro Lebanese Centre for Industrial Modernisation (ELCIM) is looking for qualified, experienced persons/institutions who wish to apply as technical assistance provider in the implementation of TRANDAIRY project activities.

The deadline for submitting bids is the 10th of April, 2023

• Area(s) of Expertise of the service provider for the scientific co-patent

1. Active in all areas of prosecution, registration, and enforcement of intellectual property rights
2. At least 7 years of experience in legal procedures ,registration , patency law and IP rights
3. Legal Academic background or similar 
4. Experience in providing a full range of related legal and paralegal services related to patency registration

• Job description: 
  • Manage the complete patency file of the selected applicants and provide the adequate consultancy 
  • Review and manage the complete applicant file of the co-patency to the ministry of economy and trade or international agencies if required.
  • Monitor the abstract of the file in Arabic if the co-patency will be registered in Lebanon

• Fees:

The amount of the fees to be managed for this task is up to 6 500 Euros. This amount includes the management of the action and the cost related fees. 

All costs incurred will be paid against supported documeIf nts and invoices.
