Tunisia: handbook on national procedures for the implementation of projects funded by the European Union within the framework of cross-border cooperation
The Ministry of Development, Investment and International Cooperation, which represents the national authority of the ENI CBC Med Program in Tunisia, has just published a handbook on procedures for the implementation of projects financed by the European Union within the framework of the cross-border cooperation.
It is intended to Tunisian beneficiaries of cross-border cooperation projects funded by the European Union under the European Neighborhood Instrument.
The handbook presents the procedures relating to:
- opening a foreign currency account;
- obtaining the suspension of VAT;
- obtaining exemption from customs duties;
- public procurement;
- selection of auditors.
