The Strovolos Cultural Centre in Cyprus set the stage for an unforgettable event on October 9th, 2023—the official pitching event for U-SOLVE in Cyprus! Gathering at this vibrant venue were 11 remarkable teams who had submitted their innovative proposals through our second call for sub-grants. This opportunity allowed them to showcase their game-changing ideas to a distinguished evaluation committee, all vying for the chance to secure a remarkable €10,000 sub-grant each.

The proposals touched on the following topics:

1. Waste management – 6 teams

2. Green energy – 3 teams

3. Urban transition – 2 teams

The procedure ended successfully, and five awardees will now proceed with the implementation of their proposals. We wish good luck to all of the participants, and thank you for your passion and the creativity poured into the project!
