YEP MED in Tunisia lanches a tender for an external auditor
Within the framework of the YEPMED project financed by the European Union under the ENI CBC MED Programme, the General Management of the Mediterranean Institute for Maritime Training (Institut Méditerranéen de Formation aux Métiers Maritimes - IMFMM) proposes to launch a call for tenders for the selection of an external auditor for the audit of all the expenses incurred for the implementation of this project for one year. This offer would be subject to renewal for the whole duration of the project (November 2020 - November 2023) in accordance with the administrative and technical specifications mentioned in the description of the project, the applicable laws and the present tender.
This call for tenders is open to chartered accountants or accounting firms that are members of the "Ordre des Experts Comptables de Tunisie" and auditors eligible to audit cross-border cooperation projects held at the level of the Control Contact Point at the deadline for the receipt of tenders.
Experts or accounting firms interested in this national call for tenders may consult the relevant terms of reference.
The tender consists of :
- An administrative and technical file, which must contain the documents listed in article 5 of the terms of reference.
- A financial offer.
The application file must be sent to the IMFMM in a closed and sealed envelope, with the following writing:
