C.F.L.C., Cooperativa Formazione Lavoro e Cooperazione – Impresa Sociale, launches a call for ideas to promote employment and social inclusion in Sustainable Development projects for young NEETs.

As a partner of RESMYLE project, CFLC, in collaboration with the social cooperative Il Laboratorio and Social Hub Genova, has created GrowUP eco-incubator to promote the social integration of young people and to increase their employment opportunities, through the promotion of sustainable development.

The Call for Ideas was created to support aspiring future entrepreneurs in developing business ideas. The selected projects will be involved in a training and support program, thanks to qualified mentors and consultants, aimed at the realisation of an economically sustainable business idea.

"Sustainable development and young people with ideas and skills are the basis of the Green Economy, one of the fastest growing sectors and an opportunity to relaunch our territory. This is why RESMYLE project strongly wanted to build a networking and training spaces for young future entrepreneurs" says Valerio Balzini, President of C.F.L.C.

The projects which can participate in the GrowUP call for ideas selection must be inspired by the pillars of Sustainable Development: environmental, social and economic sustainability.

Those who will be admitted to the program will work on their own idea of business as a team, or will have the opportunity to become part of another group to realize another project.

The course is structured in 3 modules that will deal with different topics: from team building to the Sustainable Business Model Canvas (SBMC), from Business Plan to corporate forms, from SWOT analysis to marketing tools.

At the end of the course, a jury will select the best sustainable projects (maximum 2) that will receive a cash prize to start their own business.
