Provision of external audit services in charge of expenditure and revenue verification to ”ReSt@rts Project”

The Sfax Chamber of Commerce and Industry “CCIS”, a partner in the ReSt@rts Project funded by the European Union under the ENI CBD MED Programme, is looking for an external auditor for this project.

The project implementation period is 24 months (starting date: September 2021- ending date: September 2023).

ReSt@rts acronym of "Reinforcing Med Microfinance Network System for Start-ups" aims to contribute to stimulating access to finance in the Mediterranean, by broadening the funding options, encouraging the use of alternative finance, and gathering the supply and the demand within a transnational and digital marketplace.

The language of the contract and of all written communications, including reports, between the Auditor and the Project Partner (or Lead Beneficiary if it were needed), shall be in English.

The Auditor shall execute the tasks assigned to them in accordance with the call proposal.

In order to guarantee the compliance of the selected auditor with regulation 897/2014, article 32 that regulates the audit and control structures of the cross-border cooperation programs of the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI), the selected auditor must be registered in OECT (Ordre des Experts Comptables de Tunisie).
