FISH MED NET presenting at the 4th World Small-Scale Fisheries Congress, Imagine the (UN)Imaginable

Save The Date: September 14th, 2022 - 4th World Small-Scale Fisheries Congress: "Immagine the (Un)imaginable"

In honor of the International Year of Artisanal Fisheries and Aquaculture 2022 (#IYAFA2022) Fishery Mediterranean Network will be showcasing the project (remotely) in the 4th World Small-Scale Fisheries Congress organized by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (UN FAO), in Malta. The session which FISH MED NET's contribution will be highlighted is titled "Immagine the (Un)imaginable" where the partnered countries will reveal those challenges encountered in small-scale fisheries, along with the rewards and contributions the project is delivering. Its ongoing mission is to help the small-scale fisheries make a sustainable livelihood by aiming for as many Sustainable Development Goals as possible, when possible, by delivering benefits to the local communities and their surrounding environment.
