The European Cooperation Day is organized every year on 21st of September and surrounding days with the aim of highlighting the achievements and benefits of cooperation both in the European Union and neighbouring countries.

At ENI CBC Med Programme, we are happy to join this celebration through the following activities: 

• On 21 and 22 September, the ENI CBC Med Programme Branch Office for the Eastern Mediterranean will participate in the Clean Up the World 2022 campaign in Aqaba, Jordan. Organised by the Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan under the CROSSDEV project, the campaign includes a series of environmental-related actions such as beach clean-up, recycling workshops, exhibitions. The campaign will be joined by the Delegation of the European Union to Jordan, embassies of some European countries, members of local community, students, and volunteers to raise awareness of the importance of building a clean, resilient environment and celebrate the magnitude of the cooperation between the European Union and Jordan. • Quiz “How much do you know about your Mediterranean neighbours?” to be launched on the 21st of September through a story on our Instagram account (@enicbcmed). The objective of the quiz is to show, through cultural and historial facts, how much we have in common across the Mediterranean area.
