SME4SMARTCITIES at SMAU GENOVA 2019

On 26 November 2019, the SMAU Roadshow, the circuit of the national and international innovation ecosystems, made a stop in Liguria for the third edition of SMAU Genova. Realized in collaboration with the Liguria Region, FILSE and Liguria International, the event was an opportunity to connect businesses, startups, digital players, intermediate subjects and public administration actors in a new way, to share experiences of innovation and encourage the creation of new partnerships.

Dedicated to local businesses and professionals, the initiative was an opportunity for institutions, companies, stakeholders and innovative companies to meet on Open Innovation themes, with a particular focus on Intelligent Factory and Safety and quality of life in the territory, through SMAU Live Streaming moments also streamed live on Smau channels and co-design workshops with the aim of facilitating the sharing of experiences between supply and demand for innovation.

The workshops lasted an hour and a quarter, provided for about 20 participants, including startups, consolidated companies and intermediate subjects (incubators, accelerators, trade associations, institutions)

During SMAU workshops, Silvia Pedemonte from FILSE presented the new ENI CBC MED projects in which FILSE is involved, including SME4SMARTCITIES project.

At the end of the workshop, the one-to-one networking between the participants allowed the deepening and exchange of business cards between the interested parties.
There was also the participation of other people as listeners, who were able to interact with the participants in the subsequent networking.
