TEC-MED project celebrates last international workshop on ageing and social care

As planned within the TEC-MED project, this international workshop entitled “TEC-MED project: Preliminary findings from the pilot phase and the social capitalization” with stakeholders is the 4th and last one within the TEC-MED project and the 5th one in TEC-MED project. The International Workshops are organised with the collaboration of stakeholders from TEC-MED partner country institutions for care of dependent elderly and / or at risk of social exclusion. Different aspects of the project are shared between participants and further strengthens capitalizing on the networking potential. The aim of these WP6 International Workshops is to make the knowledge and preliminary results generated by TEC-MED project and its pilot phase more accessible and visible for all involved actors, mainly project partners and a wide range of stakeholders in the field of ageing and social care. The ultimate objective will be to raise skills awareness and improve communication of results in the field of social and health care of elderly people.

 

  1. Objective of the 4th WP6 International Workshop

The general objective is to share with key stakeholders the main achievements of the TEC-MED project.

The specific objectives are: 

  • To present and discuss the following results:
  • Quantitative and qualitative information from the pilot study of TEC-MED model implementation;
  • Validation and certification of TEC-MED model;
  • Validation of TEC-MED platform;
  • Social capitalization of TEC-MED model.
  • And to exchange about the prospects of TEC-MED model use.

 

  1. Date

The 4th International Workshop will be held on February 1st, 2023.

 

  1. Modality of organization

The 4th International Workshop will be held face-to-face in Rome (Italy). Web conferencing will be available for those among partner countries and their stakeholders who wish to attend the meeting virtually.

  1. Participants

In addition to the project partner teams, the already key stakeholders identified in the six countries and those involved actively in the TEC-MED project pilot phase and the two experts will participate at the workshop. There will be no limit on the number of key stakeholders attending the 4th WP6 International Workshop as the meeting is hybrid (face-to-face and online).
