BESTMEDGRAPE is a cooperation project coordinated by the University of Cagliari (UNICA), and implicating 6 other partners. The CNSPBA-UTICA is one of the two Tunisian partners, with the INSAT (University of Carthage).

The CNSPBA-UTICA, Project Partner number 6, coordinates the Work Package 3 in this project, handling the selection of potential entrepreneurs for the capitalization on the research results, the enhancement of the institutional capacity and the creation of a technology platform to share good ideas and promote cooperation.

Mohamed Ben Cheikh is the project coordinator of the PP6; he manages, coordinates and supervises the project activities, monitoring its implementation with a team of the CNSPBA-UTICA. Through regular meetings with the Steering committee of the organization, in charge of the monitoring of the project and the staff dedicated to the project he coordinates the activities, discusses the strategies and supervises the outputs.

He is assisted by internal staff of the organization, formed of Mr. Mondher Darghouth as assistant and Mr. Mohamed Bouguerra as communication assistant (UTICA website and facebook page).

The project manager Ramzi Hammami is in charge of the administrative and financial management of the implementation, coordinates its monitoring with the project coordinator and the Steering Committee. 

The Work Package 3 is held by Boutheina Gharbi that carries out the activities of this WP in Tunisia and coordinates them with the other countries involved in the project. She set a strategy for the selection of potential entrepreneurs for the capitalization on the research results and suggested an enhancement of the institutional capacity plan; she collaborates to the creation of the technology platform.

The scientific aspects of the project are carried out by Feten Belhaj, who is in charge of the coordinating the tasks connected to the research and scientific activities of the UTICA.
