Call for tenders: MedSNAIL project is looking for external audit services in Tunisia

The University of Sfax, Tunisian partner in MedSNAIL project (“Sustainable Networks for Agro-food Innovation Leading in the Mediterranean”), is looking for an external auditor in charge of expenditure and revenue verification.

The project implementation period is 36 months (starting date: 01 September 2019 - ending date: 31 August 2022).

The language of the contract and all written communications, including reports, between the Auditor and the Project Partner (or Lead Beneficiary if it were needed), shall be English.

To guarantee the compliance of the selected auditor with regulation 897/2014, article 32 that regulates the audit and control structures of the cross-border cooperation programs of the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI), the selected auditor must be registered in OECT (Ordre des Experts Comptables de Tunisie) and in this list https://www.univ-sfax.tn/ref.php?file=Liste_auditeurs_ENI_CBC_MED.pdf

The deadline for submitting bids is July 10th 2020.

MedSNAIL aims to promote and spread across the Mediterranean region the use of socially and environmentally sustainable farming and production methods. The project will build on the well-established experience and methods of SlowFood, an international grassroots organization promoting traditional food with a strong focus on biodiversity preservation.
