The TEC-MED project is developing a socio-ethical, cross-cultural care model that will improve and adapt social care policies that address the phenomenon of aging, taking into account the gender perspective.

The initiative "Cuentame 11F" commemorates the international day of women and girls in science. It is very gratifying to participate in since activities like these are necessary and allow us to present our research and make it known to the rest of the society to make visible the role of women in science. Ana María Porcel Gálvez, project coordinator of TEC-MED, in which nurses participate as collaborating researchers, and where more than 90% of the team are women.
