On the occasion of the Second Technical Seminar aimed at sharing knowledge on energy rehabilitation, held online on the 30th of March 2021, Carlos García Delgado, civil engineering and building technical officer from the Technological Corporation of Andalusia (Spain) has been invited as an external expert to show the benefits of innovative public procurement in protected and social housing. 

Founded in 2005 with the aid of the Andalusian Regional Government (Spain), the Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) is a private foundation supporting companies throughout Andalusia to plan strategies for innovation, technology transfer, support for internationalisation of R&D, evaluations.
