"This training program was an excellent initiative that allowed me to believe in myself," Rocío, InnovAgroWoMed beneficiary from Spain.

Rocío Hernández, 29 years old, from Argentina, beneficiary of the InnovAgroWoMed project in Spain. She decided to participate in "Semillas", the training program provided by the project through its Spanish partner JOVESOLIDES, in order to improve her professional situation. She describes the training as "an excellent initiative that allowed her to meet other women, to empower herself and to believe in herself".

Rocío's dream is "to create green spaces on abandoned land". And one of the things she appreciates most about participating in the training is the network of women created since the beginning of the project. "They are all different women, but with a lot of common points, who are already working on synergies to make their agro-ecological businesses sustainable and also to have a positive social impact".

The InnovAgroWoMed project is a project co-financed by the European Union through the ENI CBC Med Program, which aims at promoting the employability of women, stimulating their entrepreneurial potential in the agri-food sector and fostering synergies among all participants and with other initiatives.
