The National Institute of Marine Sciences and Technologies - MED4EBM Tunisian partner - is looking for a service provider for financial coordination assistance.

The service provider will be in charge of the below tasks:

1. Establishment and monitoring of time sheets of the project staff
2. Assistance in drafting financial reports
3. Assistance with the auditor during the expenditure verification 
4. Drafting budget revision requests to the beneficiary partner of the project
5. Participate in drafting project ToR 
6. Verification of procurement procedures before payments for services
7. Coordination with the organization in charge of the financial management of the project if necessary
8. Participate in planning seminars in the frame work of the project
