The first consortium meeting of the  PPI4MED project (“Technological transfer and commercialisation of public research results through PPI in the Mediterranean region”) was held online on 17 December 2020 in the presence of all key partners' representatives and experts from Italy, Egypt, Jordan, Spain. The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) presented the concept of Innovation Procurement Living Lab , a key instrument to generate Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) opportuntties that to foster the commercialization of public research results.  

During the meeting, participants discussed the key aspects for the living labs implementation and next steps of the project implementation.
